CEPA Not-for-Profit Organization
Cultural and Educational Productions Association (CEPA) is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit, organization founded in 1991. CEPA produces educational programming for children and families enhancing diversity. Sylvia Tencer is the President of CEPA. CEPA is committed to assist Latino children with special needs of low-income housing and making the public aware of the magnificence of these mammals. Hola mi nombre es Rogelio y soy el papa de Oscar un niño de 12 años de edad que tiene paralisis cerebral que tuvo una terapia con los delfines y los resultados fueron muy positivos, los cambios que el tuvo despues de la terapia con los delfines fue que las convulsiones deminuyeron un poco y tambien pone mas atencion a las cosas que le rodean.
